The second part of the work ( pp. 25-38) is made up of "An Account of the Asylum,
or House of Refuge (situated on the Surry side of Westminster-Bridge) For the
reception of Orphan Girls within the Bills of Mortality, whose settlements cannot be
found. Instituted within the year 1758. " Headings of the report include "Description
of Objects", "Rules for their admission", "Their employment", "Manner of placing
them out" .
